Webmaster Support Tier I

• Provide one year of Technical Support for site users via e-mail.
• Up to three (3) support incidents
• Ideal for low traffic sites
• No E-Commerce Sites (Pay Now Buttons Ok)
• Provide up to two content or graphic updates to the site at no charge,(No site re-designs!)
• Any security updates installed to the site for one year (Pre-Packaged Solutions ONLY)
• Module updates installed to the site for one year (Pre-Packaged Solutions Only)

 

Webmaster Support Tier II

• Provide one year of Technical Support for site users via e-mail.
• E-Commerce Shopping cart support (if necessary)
• Provide up to six content or graphic updates to the site at no charge.(No site re-designs!)
• Any security updates installed to the site for one year (Pre-Packaged Solutions ONLY)
• Module updates installed to the site for one year (Pre-Packaged Solutions Only)

 

Webmaster Support Tier III

• Provide one year of Technical Support for site users via e-mail.
• Provide up to twelve content or graphic updates to the site at no charge. (No site
  re-designs!)
• E-Commerce Shopping cart support (if necessary)
• Any security updates installed to the site for one year (Pre-Packaged Solutions ONLY)
• Module update installed to the site for one year (Pre-Packaged Solutions Only)
