For those clients who don't want to manage the day to day operations of a web site or handle the technical inquiries from their users. We accept clients and existing web sites nationwide. Support packages (Tier 1) start at $100 - Tier II and Tier III start at $150
Webmaster Support Tier I
- Provide one year of Technical Support for site users via e-mail.
- Up to three (3) support incidents
- Ideal for low traffic sites
- No E-Commerce Sites (Pay Now Buttons OK)
- Provide up to two content or graphic updates to the site at no charge, (No site re-designs!)
- Any security updates installed to the site for one year (Pre-Packaged Solutions ONLY)
- Module updates installed to the site for one year (Pre-Packaged Solutions Only)
Webmaster Support Tier II
- Provide one year of Technical Support for site users via e-mail.
- E-Commerce Shopping cart support (if necessary)
- Provide up to six content or graphic updates to the site at no charge. (No site re-designs!)
- Any security updates installed to the site for one year (Pre-Packaged Solutions ONLY)
- Module updates installed to the site for one year (Pre-Packaged Solutions Only)
Webmaster Support Tier III
- Provide one year of Technical Support for site users via e-mail.
- Provide up to twelve content or graphic updates to the site at no charge. (No site re-designs!)
- E-Commerce Shopping cart support (if necessary)
- Any security updates installed to the site for one year (Pre-Packaged Solutions ONLY)
- Module update installed to the site for one year (Pre-Packaged Solutions Only)
