Since I had some time, I decided to clean up my site and, at the same time, change my site layout from table based to a pure CSS (table-less) layout.  This is the beginning template for the new site.  As time permits, I will add new features.....(I still do have to work for clients so I am last on that list!).  So far, I have deleted my entire server root of the old site...and started to build the CSS file.

Please note that since I am rebuilding the site, some features or menu items may not work.
